- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before pickup may incur a small cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
- Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time are generally non-refundable, as drivers and vehicles are already allocated.
- For airport transfers, changes or cancellations due to flight delays may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inform us as early as possible.
- No-shows (when the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location without notice) are non-refundable.
- If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
- Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- In rare cases where we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
